Rotary Auction Raises Thousands for CSRO

The 2005 Rotary Auction was held in early December over the course of three days on Rogers Local Channel 63 in York Region. The CSRO has taken part in this event for a number of years and has enjoyed tremendous success, raising in total well over $100,000. This year was no exception, of the fourteen charities involved in the fundraiser, the CSRO was responsible for donating over 400 items and bringing in $28,000, over one third of the total proceeds raised. If you live in York Region, look for the Rotary Auction this year December 1-3^rd 2006 on Rogers Local Channel 63. It is a great way to do some Christmas shopping while supporting a commendable cause!
