Resiliency in Motion Race: 5K Virtual Walk, Wheel, Run
A Fundraising Initiative of the Canadian Spinal Research Organization
The Resiliency in Motion 5K Virtual Race is back for another year, to raise funds to cure paralysis caused by spinal cord injury. This virtual event brings together participants from across the country to raise awareness and funds to benefit the thousands of Canadians living with spinal cord injuries.
“The Resiliency in Motion 5K is our chance to come together safely in support of a cure for spinal cord injuries – it’s a positive boost for our community and a great way to spend time together while making a difference.” says Barry Munro, Chief Development Officer of the CSRO and Co-Chair of this year’s race.
Starting on July 20th participants will begin collecting pledges for their race, and continue their fundraising through to the event on the weekend of September 24 – 26. That weekend, racers will determine a time and location where they will complete their 5K race in whichever way they prefer – whether they run, walk, or wheel the distance.
You can get involved and be part of Team Cure from wherever you are! Simply register today as a participant, and collect pledges for your race!
